What does being a Member mean?
All those who have bought shares in our Co-operative have automatically become members. All members have a single vote, no matter how many shares they hold or whether they live in the local area or elsewhere.
Members are invited to our Annual General Meeting and should the need arise to vote on matters, members can vote as they see fit.
